Who we are
LA Concrete Quotes is a small, independent referral service for homeowners in Central Los Angeles and the San Fernando Valley. It is run by Yalee, who connects homeowners with licensed local concrete contractors. We are not a contractor. We don't pour, repair or install concrete, and we don't employ anyone who does.
How matching works
- You describe your project on our quote form.
- We review the request and, only if you gave consent on the form, share it with one participating independent contractor who works in your area and does that type of work. Each request goes to one contractor only; we never sell it to a list.
- That contractor contacts you directly, sees the site and quotes the job. You decide. There's no obligation to hire anyone.
Who the contractors are
Participating contractors are independent businesses, not our employees or agents. We only refer homeowners to independent contractors with an active California CSLB license, and we check license status at cslb.ca.gov before referring any request. We don't inspect their work, and we don't guarantee their prices, quality or schedule. Your contract is with the contractor you choose. Please verify the license yourself, ask for proof of insurance and get the quote in writing.
How we get paid
The service is free for homeowners. Participating contractors may pay us a referral fee. The fee is paid by the contractor, not by you, and we don't add anything to your price.
How we write our guides
Our guides are researched from official sources (City of LA, City of West Hollywood, CSLB) that we link on each page. We may use software tools to help draft them, and a person checks every page. If you find an error, tell us through office@laconcretequotes.com or the contact form.
