We also take requests in ZIP codes 90038 and 90046, next to these neighborhoods (parts of Hollywood, Melrose and the hills above). Most of it is in the City of LA, so the City of LA rules in the guides apply; parts of 90046 are in West Hollywood.
We also take requests across the San Fernando Valley. We do not have Valley area guides yet. Most of the Valley is in the City of LA, where the City of LA permit rules in our guides apply. Burbank and the City of San Fernando are separate cities with their own building departments, and a few Valley ZIP codes include unincorporated LA County land, where LA County handles permits. Check with the right office before work starts.
